Fund Summary:

HCM Select 50 ETF (FIFT) is a U.S. large-cap equity ETF built around a disciplined stock selection process, quarterly rebalancing, and active management of equity exposure.
The Fund begins with companies in the S&P 500 Index. Each quarter, companies are evaluated based on two factors: dividend yield and valuation. Each company is scored relative to others within its sector, with the five highest-scoring companies selected from each of 10 sectors, excluding Real Estate. The result is a portfolio of approximately 50 stocks, with equal weighting across sectors and individual holdings.  Up to 20% of the portfolio can be invested in HCM’s discretion to meet the investment objective.

The HCM-BuyLine® monitors broader market trends and adjusts the Fund’s equity exposure in response to changes in market conditions.

HCM-BuyLine® uses trend analysis to help determine the Fund's overall equity exposure, which may range from 0% to 100% depending on market conditions.

1 The EBITDA/EV ratio compares a company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization to its total value to evaluate a company’s return on investment. The EBITDA/EV ratio is used to determine how much profit a company generates compared to its total value. Each constituent receives a score for its dividend yield and EBITDA/EV ratio based on a rules-based system, which are then averaged to obtain a composite score.

*The median bid-ask spread is calculated by identifying the national best bid and national best offer (“NBBO”) for each fund as of the end of each 10 second interval during each trading day of the last 30 calendar days and dividing the difference between each such bid and offer by the midpoint of the NBBO. The median of those values is identified and that value is expressed as a percentage rounded to the nearest hundredth.
